Hello,
I am not sure which Country to pick for my application. I was born in Poland but i lived in Germany since I was 3 and I also have german nationality, tehrefore I am not sure if I can apply with the german origin. I study in London right now and wish to live and work in the united states after my studies.( I now that Poland is allowed totake part, so I am looking for other chances to take part in the lottery)
If that is not possible, do you have any ideas what I could do, or do you know when Poland is allowed to take part again?
