Hi there.
I am a citizen of U.S. since last 6 months. My parents who are 65 years old and hold a Canadian P.R. card are currently here visiting me in the U.S. Their I-94 expires in April,2009. I would like to file a petition for their permanent residentship.
I read on the internet that I could file for the following 4 forms at the same time. Forms I-131(Parole),I693(Medical),I-130(Petition),I-485(Permanent Residentship),I-864,G-325 Is this okay ?
