DS-230, Part I, Question 10. Permanent address in the US

I am us citizen married to a foreign born. We married abroad and are currently living abroad. On Form DS-230, Part I, Question 10 they ask for "Permanent address in the United States where you intend to live, if know.."As I said, we both live abroad and will not move to the US until he can legally come with me, hence, we do not have an address on the US. My question are:

1) what should I fill on this section?
2) is it a problem not to have an address? will it play against me?
