1. Question number 14: name of spouse, DOB, place of birth :
My mother is married only once and my father is no more. Do I still fill this columns? these feilds are highlighted. where do i mention that he is deceased?
2. Question No: 16: Father's Date of birth
My mother's father was born in 1901, and died on 1985. We dont know his Date of birth. Can I just write 1901?
3. Question No: 18: Mother's Date of birth
My mother's mother was born in 1907 died on 1991. Again we dont know her exact Date of birth. can I just write 1907?
4. Question no: 23: all educational institute attented.
my mother has studied SSLC. I'm going to include that. do i have to include her elementary school info?
