I am married to US citizen. we have sent I 130 and I 485 forms. A month later we received a note to send I 864 form. she never worked (she is a student), she never had income, and she never filed a tax, however I do work and I did filed income tax for the last three years. The question: how should we fill out the income tax part in I-864 form? Thanks in advance for any help.

You will have to sign the form yourself. You can sponser yourself. You will have to prove that you have income above the 125% provety line. Just use a bank statement, tax returns, pay stubs, etc and show that you have the income necessary to support yourself. You will need to prove that you make approx 23k per year.
If you can't do that...you will need another person to sign for you (on your behalf) saying that they will financial sponser you. That person has to be an American too (not a green card holder).
Make sure you send proof that your wife is a student too and the reason you are sponsering yourself or needing someone else to sponser you.
On another note...I found that form (the I-864) to be the most difficult to file. It is quite confusing and detailed.
Hope this helps---
