Hi guys
I applied for a greencard through my wife and we had some misfortunes before. anyways on our third application I had an urgent surgery before the interview date and I called in on that date to the customer service and told them that I can not walk at least 2 months so I wanted to reschedule the interview.The girl on the phone said ok and gave me ref number with it and told me that she send a message to the office. 2 months later I received a letter from USCIS saying that my application is denied because I didnt show up on the interview date. I called the customer service again they told me to appeal or reapply again. now I am thinking not to apply at all because I am fed up with this bullshit. Now before making this decision is there any strong recommendation from any of you that I should do something else. thanks in advance for your help.
