I-864: Who signs form?

Hi:

I have one question. I am applying green card based on marriage. My wife has USC but she is currently unemployed and her income for last two years does not meet poverty guidelines. I am planning to sponsor my self.

I am confused who needs to fill out section 25 of I -864. I will be showing my income so does it mean that I need to show the income for last three years or my wife although her income does not meet the income should fill out the section 25.

If I sponsor myself, who needs to sign the I-864,me or my wife.

Please help me with these questions.

I-864 is always signed by the sponsor.
