I have question about the following to join benefit. My dad is US citizen and he has applied for his children those are over the age of 21 and unmarried. The priority date is July 2002, which is current now. Can they get marry now after getting the visa and before coming to the USA or getting the green card? . Can they apply for their spouses the 824 the following to join? Please provide some suggestions or advice on this.
