Both my daughter and her husband from INDIA are in USA on HIB VISA. They have one daughter 3 yrs old born in USA , having 10 yrs multiple visa to INDIA. She already visited INDIA one time.

Can my daughter get GREEN CARD based on her daughter status?

If so , pl. tell me what is the procedure?

How her 3 yrs old daughter can get STUDENT VISA for studing in INDIA
