My friend is a moroccan citizen who lives now in italy illegally . Last year she met an american citizen to whom she got engaged to be married . He filed for her for a fiance visa . She has just recieved packet 3 from the consulate in italy . The problem she is facing now is that she need to obtain a police certificate from the italian police but she was denied since she is illegal there . Can you please help me help her . Any imput would be appreciated .
