Hi guys! Im a greencard holder and filed a petition for my wife who is in the Philippines last April 2008 through form I-130. My question are , do i have to file a separate petition for my minor son and daughter? and Im in the US now for almost 2 yrs... so when can I file for citizenship? And once I get my citizenship should I upgrade my petition for them?

Hi! I think no need to apply for a separate visa for your minor kids because as a GC holder just one application for your spouse and minor kids but it will take 4-5 years then if you got your citizenship if would be faster for your spouse and minor kids but you should apply and upgrade your petition and one application for each of them.
