I'm b1 when i entered US. I married an US american citizen, we married last Dec.'07 and file the papers last May'08, i got approved with my ead, got ssn, got an interview last Sept. '08, the IO ask my I-94 and she said that i have xerox copy from them so she does not need the original I-94. She also get the receipt of The Interview notice. The interview went well. The IO said that if they need something they will mail us.I always check my status until now the Current Status: Case received and pending.
How long would i wait for the result. It's almost 4 months. I'm frustrated? Can anybody help me pls. I file my case by myself. Thanks
