    Wife's GC

    Hi,

    I am on H1 and my GC stage is I-140 submitted. Right now my wife is on H4.

    1. Is it possible to apply only mine I-485 and not my wife's and kid's. I am afraid that my wife might leave me after she gets the GC so I do not want to apply for her's. So please let me know if its possible for just me to apply for I-485 and not for her.

    2. Also when my GC comes to I-485 stage, can she travel outside the country with her H4.

    3. Will there be any questions or complications if I do not apply for her GC too when she is in US with me?

      hi, as far as i undertand, the applications are for individulas and by choice. saying that i dont think it would affect negatively if you filed for yourself and not your wife.
