Hi Guys,
I have a question regarding a supporting document required with I-130. The instruction page of I-130 says "Affidavit sworn to or affirmed by third parties having personal knowledge of the bona fides of the marital relationship"
Can someone guide us how to prepare this form, I mean is there any official form the third parties need to feel out, or just writting "I know this couple in marraige for <> time. I know them ever since they were married and they are happily married to the best of my knowledge" and then full name, address and contact details.
