Green Card for sibling that's in US...
Hi everybody, maybe someone will be able to help me with couple of questions. Is it possible to sponsor a sibling for a GC while he/she's living in the US (visa expired)?, and if so how long does it take for him/her to get work permit? Any info is greatly appreciated, thnx!
