Hi,
My mother overstayed one month after her B2 visa expired, because she was waiting for her extension request. When she got her denial letter she left within the 30 days time frame from the denial date in USCIS letter. So, totally she overstayed 37 days in USA.
Once I become US citizen, if I apply for her green card, will this overstay adversely affect her GC eligibility or processing? I appreciate the service you provide to immigrants.
