Quick Affidevit of Support Question!

I filled all the forms, gathered all the documents
Q1 - Do I have to get any of these papers notorized?
Q2 - Do i "have" to send 3 years of tax papers?

no harm, cant find them i got 2008 & 2007 dont have 2006. So like i just go to the court and get the forms notorized or the papers notorized?

I mean what doc/form/papers i have to get notorized? and where can i possibly get that done?

Just the Affidavit needs to be notarised. Rest all is optional. If you can't find W2s, send the tax returns.

I 864 does not need to be notarized

okay txth1b heres the new info, the newer I 184 does not need to be notarized. i.e the form that expires 10/31/2010 or later! guys dont waste ur time....
