Extension of GC condition removal date

I am on conditional GC which expires on march 24th 2009. (i have very less time left). My situation is like i can not file it right now. is that possible to request to extend the date of expiration of my GC or extend date to apply to remove my conditions on GC?

I called the support number from uscis site. but they have no options to connect to someone who can answer my question.
