Hii everybody,
I am 29 years old and i am currently in USA on F-1 visa. I am married and my wife (27 years) is currently on F-2 visa. My parents recently got their citizenship and they wish to go ahead and sponsor me and my wife for the Green card. They have been filling forms I-130, I-864 and I-864A, I-131.
They have a question regarding filling form I-485, since i am married and above 21 years of age, what option i have to check in PART-2 of the I-485 form since i do not have any visa number.
Guys i really need help on this one as Part-2 of I-485 is very confusing.
