I have applied for my parents to come to U.S.A and I got choice of agent form for one of them yesterday, my question is -do they need to sign in their native language or can they sign in English, once both forms are sent to them?
They are not fluent in English but know enough to read and understand basic/simple english.
Another question is once they sign the form and me being the choice of agent , can they fax the papers/forms to me and I can post them in U.S or does it have to be original form with signatures sent directly to NVC by my parents?
