Pending Case

My husband was interviewed last Oct 2008 ad at the embassy they told ues it will take 2-3 weeks (max 2 months) for administrative process . I have been waiting for 4 months and nothing showedup .I contacted the embassy and they told me my husband`s case is still pending ( security check).
