Got a few questions every body I ask gives me different advise. Would like to see what you give me.
Was reading on your site about the I-130 form and not sure if that is the only form I need to fill out to get my wife into the US from Mexico or do i need to fill out the bio form too ? And is there a permit out there that I could put in for that would allow me to cross my wife and kids while i am waiting to complete the process? I am US born been in the US all my life but found my wife here in Mexico about 6 years ago.We got a few kids together and it is not to safe here any more plus me being a peace officer in the US does not help to be safer. Any help would be great cause I really don't know how much more I can take of it here.
