My Wife Has Applied For I 130 For Me As She Is A Us Green Card Holder. Receipt Date 02 February 2008.

Can Anyone Advice When It Will Approve And What Will Be Its Status. I Am 36 Year Old Anyways I Can Expeidate The Processing.

Or Anyone Can Suggest The Ways I Can Join With My Wife And 1 Year Daughter Who Is A Us Citzen..

Sorry, but it does take a while for everything to process. Our case took about 15 months until interview. Did your wife file I-129f along with I-130? Sometimes one will be approved faster than the other. In the meantime, make sure that you all have sent in everything that is required and get all the other required documents together so that you are fully prepared. It takes a LOT of patience.
