I130 is approved, what will be the next step for parents green card???

Hi,
I have filed my parents GC in May 2008, while they were in India. They came here in US in Jan 2009 for 6months During their stay here, they got their approval of I130? Now I am wondering,
what will be the next steps?
Can they stay in the country on the the same visa?
If they need to stay longer, should they file for extension?
Can they get the green card stamping in US?
Where USCIS sends the documents after approval?
