GC for brother I-797C Question

Today i got a I-797C, notice of action which says the following:

This is to advise you that we have received the above application or petition back from the Department of State. along with their request that it be reviewed. We will notify you of any action we take in this case.


What is that mean? Do i need to do anything? I applied in July 2007,

It takes about 4 years to get an I-30 to get approved then another 6 to 7 years for a visa number to be availabe to him.
