Hi everyone,
I got my I 130 approval and I 129f approval the same day.Do I have to cancel K3 or i can just pursue I 130.I called NVC but they have not received my case yet (notice date is march 16th).Once i get a case number what do i do next?can i send DS3032 via email on behalf of my beneficiary or i hav to send it thru snail mail.In that case my spouse hav to sign and send it to me first,which one is better?Can i download ds3032 and send or wait for NVC to send it to my spouse? any help is greatly appreciated.
