Stolen Green Card

My purse was stolen at Wal-Mart and now I do not have my registration card, please inform me what I have to do now. I am originally a Canadian who has lived in the U.S. (Florida) and my purse was stolen a week ago. Please tell me what I have to do now so that I can re-register everything.
