Green Card/Fiance Visa

I’ve been searching everywhere trying to find help.

My daughter met her fiancé here in the states, fell in love and then he moved back to mexico. He does not have a deportation on his record. She then moved to mexico to be with him. They hate living there and she wants to be here with her family and has since returned. She loves Louise though and they want to get married and she is pregnant with his child. Is there anything we can do to get him here?

Workers visa? Then they can get married and apply for green card?
Fiancé visa?

Please help. She is going crazy without him and he is missing out on her stages of pregnancy.

What will she need to have if she goes over there to marry him? Like paperwork??

Permission to marry, do we get that from a judge? Is it a certain form?
Apossile?? I found one place online that does those but they charge a lot of money. Does everyone? Sorry there is so much information on the web to filter through I’m confused & lost and my kids just want to be together.

I don't know what exactly needs to be done to get married in Mexico.
