Green Card/Divorce

I got married in the month of 2008 September in US. My wife left my home and separated from Feb 09. she has a green and I came on H1 so in Nov08 we registered our marriage in Us court and I applied for green card based on her but recently we found out she withdrawn the petition back . She and her parents torture me and were in bit stress. 2nd most important thing she is pregnant. And she is in different state I need a divorce I can't stay with her. Better to spoil 2 year instead of whole life if any one has advice suggestion or recommendations for good lawyer. I will be
appreciated.

And I don't have much money for it I am in little depress.

I'm truly a "newbie" to this whole process.
