    Green Card

    Hi,

    My Brother is in USA with his green card. His son is older then 21 years doing his master in State of Cal. (Student Visa). Can you please let us know what my brother need to do to change his son status from student visa to green card.

    Your brother needs to be US citizen first and then file for his son's greencard.

      If the son is single, the your bro can petition for his Greencard now category (a)(2)(B). He will still need to get his citizenship and upgrade his preference to category (a) (1).
