GC for my brother's family

I recently became a citizen and I am planning to apply green card for my brother(37), his wife(33) and his child(5).
Do I need to make three separate applications I-130.
In that case how do i mention relationship for my sis-in-law and her child in the form.

GC for your brother.

You can only sponsor your brother and NOT his wife & kids. Once your petition is approved and a visa number is available (10 to 12 years) he will be called for an interview. At the interview he will be asked if he is married and have kids. Once he discloses that, his wife and kids will automatically get the GC also.
My sister applied for me in 0/2001 and I am still waiting.
