Questions about I-130 for newly weds

My husband is a US citizen. We got married on April 1st and is now filing I-130 and I-485. In the instructions of I-130, it says that we need to provide documents showing joint ownership or property, a lease showing joint tenancy of a common residence... or any relevant document. Right now we don't have a joint account and we are not living together as we are still waiting to hear from the Co-op that we applied for in Feb. And for the affidavits, we have only been married for a few days. His mother and brother would only be able to make statements about seeing us before our wedding and on our wedding day. I have 2 questions:
1. Should I write a statement explaining why we haven't lived together yet?
2. Do I need to have affidavits or is the marriage certification and photos good enough.

wonder if you have started the immigration process yet. We are more or less on the same shoes. Got married last august 1 to my us citizen fiancee and just gathering documents to support the petition. If you want we can keep in touch and compare notes. Just tell me I'll give you my email add.

Marriage certificate is needed. Opening joint accounts in the bank,joint car-insurance, life-insurance etc is needed to show that this is a genuine marriage. A lease showing both of your names is the best to show that you both stay together. In general living together helps in this process as it may throw red flags on why you and your spouse were not living together.
what do you mean by this:
