USC I-130 petition for brother has been approved

finally, after 9 years.. visa number has been made available!!!
Can I still file a I-485 and I-765 at this time?
NVC has sent letter requesting DS-230 & Affadavit of Support but would prefer to adjust status and not have to leave the US for consulate interview in home country.
What do you suggest?
