  • Refugee+Parelee... how to apply for GC?

My wife entered US in 1994 as Refugee and applied for our son and me. Our son and me got Public Interest Parole status and moved to US in 1996. We never bothered to adjust our status until now. But once filled out I-486 application we could not figure out where to send it. My wife (refugee) is listed as main petitioner in application here is our questions:
1.refugees must apply to Nebraska National Center and parolees must apply to Chicago Center. So we do not know where to send it. Or should we apply separate ways and forms?
    2. My wife were admitted to US as refugee more than 15 years and on I-94 card stamp said her status is indefinite. Does she have to pay filling fees for I-485? USCIS site says “No”, but she had to pay for EAD every year as everybody else…. Does she have to go trough medical exam again or just provide vaccination form? We kind of got lost in this dilemma. Please advise

    Went tru already

Well, since my first post we've already went tru whole application process.
What we've found: All needed to do medical exam. ...and vaccination. My son and I paid $1010 each for I-485 and I765 with biometric fees included. Since My wife is Refugee we've sent her application without $1010 fee as per USCIS fees chart. For her we've applied I-484 and I-765. USCIS had accepted I-485 form but asked us to pay for I-765 ($340) which we decided not to pay and just wait for her Green Card. There was no reason to pay $340 for her because UCSIC stated that they will process her application in 4 months. EAD should take 3 months. Pay 4340 just for 1 month- No, thank you! . Of course we got to send our applications to a different Processing Centers, as we're advised by local field office. Hers went to Nebrasska, and mine to Lee Summit MO. Strangelly enough we've received biometric appointment cancelation letter for her last week. Today I've called to USCIS and was advised to go ahead with appointment becouse they do not see this letter in their system. Hopefully everything will go OK. As for My son and I- we finally got our receipts last week (after 25 days) but if I try to check my case online system will not recognize receipt number.
