GC or EAD on USA citizen Child below 21 years

Hello Seniors
My baby born in USA. She is born citizen. As i m on H1B. I have to go back to home country back. Market is very bad so no openings for H1. Nowaday They only consider for job if you have EAD or GC. My only intention is that my baby shud get educaiton in USA. I dont have any relative in USA. So, Is there any way to get Stay here to get EAD or GC based on my babys Citizen ? Please consider its very important. Thanks to everyone.

No anchor baby rights, sorry.

Your baby can not sponsor you for a GC, nor any immigration benefits until he turns 21.
