Hi,

I have applied for my GC based on a marriage to a US citizen.
I submitted I130, I485, I864 and I765 along with the fees.
I got receipts for I130, I485 and I765(C9 category). However, they sent one rejection notice for the fees that I had sent for I 864 and I 765 saying that it was not required. Is this alright?
They did not send any receipt notice for I864. Is that how it works?
I would appreciate any replies to this.

There is no receipt for I-864. The fee for I-765 is included in the I-485 fee.
