marriage to a US citizen and her maybe leaving the country

Hello,
I am an F-1 student and my student status doesn't expire until 2014. I am currently attending school.
My fiance (US citizen) and I are planning to get married in 2 weeks. She just recently received a job offer in the UK and she might have to leave the country in September provided she accepts the job.
Would that somehow affect my status and will I still be able to get a work authorization even if she is gone for a while?

Are you going to do AOS? Does your wife currently have a job/working or have a sponsor?
If yes, do the AOS as soon as you get back from your honeymoon. You will get your work authorization and you will not be able to travel international until you get your Advance Parole and you cannot move to UK with your wife.

You mean adjustment of status? Thats I-130 and I-485? What worries me is that we would have to leave apart for some time. She has a job in the US right now.
