  • False info in I-130, G-325A.

Hello! I entered US legally 6 years ago on J-1 visa, which I overstayed. Since than I was working illegally (using my SSN without work authorization). Few month ago I got married to US citizen. When filing form I-130 and G-325A I stated what I didn't work for past few years but I did (and still do). So now, after I got receipt for my I-130, I have second thoughts about putting false info there.
Is there any way to correct it somehow (send follow up papers?)? Do you think I should do it or it'll make everything more complicated? I don't want to mess up my case and I also don't want to bring troubles to my employer (it's family owned business and they always were so nice to me).
    I'm really nervous about this.
    Thank you for your help.

When did you submit the I-485? They will know that you have worked. So I would recommend that you send in the amended G-325A explaining that it was your oversight. I don't know what the outcome will be, but I suggest that you do this right away. Also, I assuming you have your J-1 issues cleared. Let me know if you need help with this.
