Hello everyone
I'm applying for my green card based on marriage to a U.S citizen. I've been reading the instructions on the forms I-864 and I-864EZ, and now I'm very confused. My husband is the only sponsor, and I'm the only sponsored immigrant. His income meets the poverty guidelines, so we're not including my income. Which one of the two do we have to fill out?
