I had clarification applying for green card.

I hold H1B and my spouse dependant H4 and our daughter is born here so a US citizen. I am planning to apply for I 140.

Question
1) What documents should i produce for my spouse?
2) Should i need to include my daughter in the application?

For I-140 only:
You don't need any documents for your wife. Just list her info in the form.
You don't include your daughter in the application.
