Hello all,
I filed for an I 130 for my husband in Venezuela. I've been living with him here in Venezuela for 2 years now. Whenever I am in the US, I work in a family business. With our application, I submitted a letter from my employer (happens to by my Mother) saying that upon my return to the US, my job will be x with a pay of y and z. I have no tax info for at least the past 2 years, and before that was not required to file either. We have co-sponsors (mother in law, father in law, my mother, etc.)
Will this be a big problem? What kind of proof of employment is needed from this point on if we filed the I 130 5 months ago?? My salary will be well above the poverty line, etc.
Thanks in advance!
Lexi
