Applying for Husband

I am lawful permanent resident 3 years and 6 months want to apply for my husband can i do it or wait until i become citizen
if i do now how long does it going to take?

You can apply. But it will take around 4-5 years to get him greencard.

Once you become citizen, you can upgrade the petition and it will be little
faster, but apply now.
