I am also in same problem

    DEAR CICIMOL

I am also in same dilema. First let me know whether you became a US citizen. if u are applying for your spouse's visa based on the green card I dont think you will get your visa soon. How long u are in USA?
first you become a us citizen then you apply for your spouse.

Regarding the visit visa, pls dont apply for a visit visa for your spouse as you r the sponsor.

As per their law a PR's spouse will not get visit visa if they come to know you are there

Now my story I am Joe working in Dubai and my wife is working in Florida as a RN. we got married in 2007 and then I applied for H1B and visit visa two times. But luck was not in my favour. We are suffering just like you and your husband. Like any other girls my wife also dont know the rules for the American visa procedures. I know in your case things are exactly a photocopy of mine.

now I have searched all internet sites and the us immigration department's all websites to collect the information.

Unfortunately these informations are putting me in deep distress and disappointment. Please ask any question regarding the visa procedures, I am pleased to share whatever I know.

if you want you can ask your husband to contact me at
