    I-130 and EAD Processing Times.

    I am currently in the US on H1. My husband filed for my GC last month. We got the reciept number and it shows 'received and pending' as the status.
    Does anybody have any Idea how long it would take for I-130 to approve. Can we apply for an EAD while I-130 is in process? Please let me know.

    Please let me know the procedure to convert from H1-H4?
