iam married and my wife is petitioning me and we live in dallas. i took a trip to california to work for my relatives under the table to help me and my wife out financially till i get my EAD/SSN and im staying for the summer. my EAD came yesterday in dallas, my question is, would it be ok if i applied for SSN in california, or do i need to fly back to dallas to do it, and would applying for my SSN in california be frowned upon by the INS on our interview.
