Green card for HIV person?
Hello
I sponsored my brother’s family in 2004 and takes another 8 year or so, even to consider my sponsor application for residency. Unfortunately, my brother is HIV positive. What are the chances that he would be given green card? Would it change in 8 years so that HIV people can be given entry to this country?
