    Hi,

    I received the I-130 receipt at my wife's address because my wife's address and mine is different.And I applied I-485 and I-765 concurrently.So I got EAD till April 2009.and one month before i applied for extension for EAD from my address.
    and I-485 denail went to my wife address.I didn't noticed that.I thought all going good,but unfortunately my I-765 got denaied because of I-485 denial.
    I need some urgent help on this.How to proceed now.Could anybody give sujjestions,that would be a great help.Please see the below denail notice

    Notice of Decision for I-765

    Upon consideration, it is ordered that the Application for Employment Authorization, Form l-765,that you filed on March 16,2009,is denied for the following reason:
    Title 8,Code of Federal Regulations, Section 274a.12(c)(09) states, that employment authorization may be applied for by:
    An alien who has filed an application for adjustment of status to lawful permanent resident pursuant to par 245 of this chapter...employment authorization shall be granted in increments not exceeding one year during the period the application is pending...
    The record in your case indicates that you filed an Application to Register Permanent Resident or Adjust Status, Form I-485, pursuant to Section 245 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, as amended. However, Service records further indicate that on November 5, 2008, that application was denied Because your application for adjustment of status is no longer pending, you are ineligible for employment authorization pursuant to Section 274a(I2)(c)(09).
    Your application for employment authorization, must be, and is hereby, denied. There is no appeal to this decision.However, this decision is without prejudice to future applications filed with U.S. Citizenship
    & Immigration Services.
