Dear Sir,
My wife and I have been granted an Immigrant Visa ( green card) and would be moving to the USA soon. Soon after arrival in the USA and upon receiving “ Green Card” I intend to apply for immigration of our two unmarried sons who are above 21 years of age under Family Based immigrants category( F2B), on Form I – 130.
Please clarify if I need to submit I-864 also while submitting Form I – 130 ( along with I-130) or can I submit I-864 later when called for by NVC or during the interview of the immigrant?
