can i still get greencard?

my husband says he will cheat me.this is why i dont wanna continue to this marriage.
i have cr1 visa on my passport.i think i will get my conditional greencard 1 month or2 month later.
we are legally married.and i have three witnesses that knowing we are married and they know how much i love him.if i divorce him 1 year later can i still get greencard as a waiver.
and if marriage is more than 2 years do i get greencard definetely?
