GC Interview Question - Please Help
Hi Folks,
I have applied for my mother's family based green card. She got advance parole and employment authorization card already in mail. Unfortunately my grand mother is in critical condition in India and so my mom has to go to India on June 7th and today we received letter from INS that her Interview date is scheduled for July 2nd. So we need any guidance from anyone out there that was in this situation where they had to postpone the interview to a different date and what was the experience. Is it recommended to do reschedule the Interview date. What is the risk we are taking by doing so
